CONTEST RULES

Rules

1. Submitted images should be no smaller than 1000 pixels in either width, or height, and a maximum of 2mb file size.
2. Photographs can be taken anywhere in the Antalya-Turkey and KAYITUR tour locations and destinations (such as İstanbul,Cappadocia, Pamukkale ect.)
3. Photographs do need to include a prominently LetsGoTraveller Magazine.
4. The Award is open to all KAYITUR customers, without any limit of age, sex, nationality or other qualification.
5. All entries must be submitted during the competition period stated on the contest page. Entries submitted outside this period will not be included in the selection process. Entrants' photos must be uploaded to the LetsGoTraveller Website by no later than on 31.10.2011. Any photos submitted after this time will not be considered for entry.
6. There are no limits to the number of entries you can submit to the contest.
7. You may NOT submit watermarked images with your name or website visible on the photo. Please DO NOT frame your images with borders.
8. KayıGroup, inc. KAYITUR, LetsGoTraveller employees, advisors, judges, interns and volunteers, as well as their immediate families are not eligible to enter the contest.
9. LetsGoTraveller and KAYITUR assumes no responsibility for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Award, and LetsGoTraveller and KAYITUR assumes no responsibility for technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, for lost network connections, corrupt transmissions, other problems or technical malfunctions with regard to the Award. LetsGoTraveller and KAYITUR assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of Entries. LetsGoTraveller and KAYITUR is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail addressed to LetsGoTraveller and KAYITUR on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Your or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Competition. If for any reason a contestant's entry cannot be viewed or is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failures, LetsGoTraveller and KAYITUR assumes no responsibility.
10. By entering this contest you agree that any image you submit may be used by LetsGoTraveller and KAYITUR solely for the purposes of the promotion of this contest or future contests, adversitements ect. these uses include; displaying the entries on the competition website, cropping and re-sizing the image as necessary to fit pre-defined formats for the competition.
11. You acknowledge Your responsibility for protecting your Entry against image misuse by third parties, LetsGoTraveller and KAYITUR can assume no responsibility and are not liable for any image misuse.
12. Photos uploaded to competition cannot be deleted.
13. By entering this contest, you agree to certain contest rules.

Terms and Conditions

LetsGoTraveller and KAYITUR reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition, the Rules and terms or the Prize at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or the competition details.

1. LetsGoTraveller and KAYITUR will not tolerate or accept any infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, profane content or which otherwise violate any local or international laws.  Any Entry deemed to be of such a nature will be immediately removed from the Website. Staff of LetsGoTraveller and KAYITUR will ultimately decide if something is appropriate or not and act accordingly.
2. If the photograph represents people, the author is personally responsible for procuring the related consent/releasing, excluding the organizers from any liability or claim.
3. No Nudity. Baby must at least be wearing a nappy/diaper and no make-up, there are no exceptions.
4. If you have any problems and need support or just have a question relating to the current competition you must contact a member of the LetsGoTraveller by info@letsgotraveller.com

JUDGING and THE PRIZE

1. Our panel of judges will asses all entries and then select three images, one which will be the overall winner and the other two will be runners up in the contest.
2. Winner will be informed by email and announced on the LetsGoTraveller Website on 30.11.2011.
3. For confirming the prize, the winner and the runners have 7 days time from the announcement. The winner and the runners need to send a winning notice email to info@letsgotravellers.com, enclosing a photocopy of valid ID card containing personal data provided during the registration in the contest. Any confirmations submitted after this time will not be considered for the prize.
4. The award is non-transferable. Should the first prize winner not be able to travel the award will be offered to the second prize winner. Should the second prize winner not be able to travel the award will be transferred to third winner.
5. The decisions of the Jury Award are final and irrevocable.
6. The prize consists in a stay of 7 nights for 2 people, in a double room, in an all inclusive concept hotel, in Antalya, Turkey. All Inclusive service consist the hotel's standard all inclusive concept. -not included services- of the hotel concept, extra spendings, flight or any personal transfer, airport-hotel-airport transfer services, extra daily tours, private spendings, visa charges, taxes are not included the prize. Transfer costs to and from the destination and any other cost not specified in the prize, will be charged to the winner. LetsGoTraveller and KAYITUR do not have any responsibility for the quality of the service offered by the hotel.
7. The prize can be used within the determined (excluding high season)  and announced period by KAYITUR and LetsGoTraveller.
